Ben Markowitz is an Operations executive experienced in the worlds of Field Operations, Onboarding, Customer Support, and Customer Success. With 18+ years experience in Operations, Ben’s has worked for venture backed companies, businesses transitioning through an IPO, and organizations navigating change while being bought out by a parent company.
Highly IT technical, Ben is adept at both creating and scaling operational processes so that your business is prepared for today and for what's to come. Ben is a dynamic leader, having led both remote and in-house teams, and he also has extensive experience with business process outsourcing. A highlight of Ben’s career was seeing his vision for an elevated customer experience realized when he initiated, planned, and launched a 150 person multi-lingual contact center spanning three continents.
